THE CHALLENGE

Indeed Futureworks Melbourne 2024 required a clear, cohesive visual system that aligned with Indeed’s global brand while resonating with an Australian audience. With multiple touchpoints and activations, the challenge was to maintain consistency, clarity, and engagement across all event design assets.

THE SOLUTION

The design approach focused on adapting Indeed’s global master brand guidelines for the local market. Core brand elements such as colour, typography, and messaging were retained, while layouts and visual emphasis were adjusted to feel approachable and relevant for an Australian audience.

Elements from the master brand were applied across all signage, screen content, presentations, and interactive experiences. Key activations included the Resume Mosaic Wall, a large-scale visual installation built from thousands of resumes, and the Indeed Brand Health Check, which required intuitive screen and iPad interface design supported by clear, data-led visuals.

Supporting elements such as TV screen prompts and the Roving Robot Selfie Photo Booth were designed to integrate seamlessly with the overall event branding. The result was a consistent, flexible visual system that elevated the event experience while remaining unmistakably Indeed.
