THE CHALLENGE
Datacom needed a campaign asset that would stand out as part of a full-funnel initiative promoting Snapdragon-powered enterprise devices in partnership with Qualcomm. The challenge was to cut through a busy B2B tech market, clearly highlight the benefit of all-day battery life found in devices powered by Snapdragon, and position Datacom as a premium partner for AI PC fleet refresh. It also needed to spark genuine interest and drive sales conversations with a targeted Australian metro audience.
THE SOLUTION
We designed a tactile, high-impact direct mail experience built around a custom acrylic LED presentation box. The black acrylic outer box used smart sensors to light up when opened, instantly creating a sense of intrigue and premium appeal. Inside, an acrylic cube displayed brand messaging across multiple faces, accompanied by a QR code that linked to a dedicated landing page. This helped build awareness of Snapdragon-powered devices while reinforcing Datacom’s position in the AI PC space.
The direct mail piece was supported by a suite of digital and content assets, including display ads, an ebook for content syndication, and an on-demand webinar hosted on the ITPro platform. Together, these touchpoints reinforced the “Stay powered whenever, wherever” message and encouraged recipients to schedule a meeting with a Datacom sales representative.
